By accessing AECB-Parser (the “Service”), you agree to these terms and confirm that you are authorized to process AECB credit reports. The Service is operated by Ufuq Tech.

2. Access and Eligibility

Access is restricted to approved users. You must keep your login credentials secure and promptly report any unauthorized access.

3. Permitted Use

• Use the Service only for authorized credit analysis.
• Do not upload data you are not permitted to process.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls or security rules.

4. Data Handling

Uploaded reports are processed to generate structured outputs for your account. We retain structured data for access and exports. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

5. AI and LLM Assistance (Optional)

The Service can optionally apply AI and LLM-assisted parsing to improve extraction accuracy. You control whether AI assistance is used for each parsing session.

6. Availability and Changes

We may update or improve the Service without notice. We may also suspend access to protect platform integrity or address security risks.
