By accessing AECB-Parser, you agree to these terms and confirm that you hold proper authorization to extract AECB credit reports. The service is operated by Ufuq Tech (أفق تك) under the technical leadership of Ahmed Fahmy.

2. Permitted Financial Processing

• Use the application exclusively for authorized credit report analysis and financial underwriting.
• Ensure all uploaded AECB PDF files comply with local financial privacy regulations.
• Do not attempt to bypass role boundaries or tamper with automated table parsing schemas.

3. Intellectual Property

All PDF parsing algorithms, regex table extractors, hybrid LLM vision pipelines, and UI layouts are the intellectual property of Ufuq Tech and its creators.
